Jayadev has more than 26 years of professional experience. He has worked with three of the leading Corporates in India. In 1984 he started his career as a Sales Executive with Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd. There he grew to the role of Asst Branch Manager. In 1997 he moved to Escotel Cellular Services (now known as Idea) as a District Sales Manager. This is where he started getting involved in Training. He moved to Reliance Communications in 2002 as Corporate Business Head in Kerala and from there he moved to Mumbai in 2004 as Zonal Training Manager for Western Region.

 

In December 2007 he resigned and started practicing as a Consultant and trainer in India - in Dec 2009 he moved to Oman and has been developing a client base in Muscat. He personally conducts training in Sales Management, Leadership and Managerial Skills. In addition he is providing training on Project Management and other subjects through a panel of external experts. The Primavera and PMP programs they conduct have been a big success.
